Our shopping cart will automatically give quotes for shipment of most items destined to Canada and the United States.

To receive a shipping quote, please place the items you wish to order in the shopping cart and select the "Calculate Shipping and Handling" option. Select the province/state which the product is being shipped to and click "Calculate Shipping". Please note that shipping quotes are valid to urban areas. Shipping costs to PO boxes and rural areas may be higher.

Orders are currently shipping within 3-5 business days. Bulk orders and orders shipping via frieght carrier (ie. large Step2 products and 10x17 trampolines) may take one extra day to ship. Please ensure that you have the correct billing address on file. If your billing address does not match what your credit card company has on file, it may cause delays with processing your order.

We ship most orders to Canada via FedEx, UPS, or Canpar. Transit times to Southern Ontario/Southern Quebec are usually 1-2 business days. Transit times to other major urban areas in Canada are usually 3-6 business days. These transit times are a best estimate and not a guarantee. If you require express shipping (1-2 business days transit time), please contact us for a shipping quote. Orders to rural areas, P.O. Boxes, or the Yukon Territory may be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

For shipments destined to Nunavut, YT or NWT, please contact us though our contact us form with the list of items you wish to purchase along with your postal code and we will provide you with a shipping quote.

Shipments are usually delivered with no signature required. If you require a signature upon delivery, please note this on the comment line when placing your order. When a signature is required, the courier will usually make 2 delivery attempts before holding the package at the depot for pick-up. Please note that the courier does have the option of requiring a signature even though we have specified no signature required if they feel the package is at risk of being stolen. Shipments returned to the sender due to non-delivery will be at the expense of the customer.

Orders to the United States will be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Shipping prices do not include brokerage fees, which may be charged by the courier for importing shipments valued at over $800 USD. The current CAD-USD exchange rate used by US Customs can be found at this link.
Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for compensation or replacement of merchandise due to superficial shipping damage to outer packaging, such as bends, creases, minor crushing, etc. While we carefully package everything we ship in brand-new boxes, some cosmetic damage will occur from time to time when items go through the UPS/Fedex system.

Please note that we do not drop-ship orders for third party resellers.

Shipping quotes for Step2 products, Peg Perego, and Backyard Adventures playstructures are for shipments to major urban areas in Canada. Shipping quotes are not guaranteed until the order has been shipped.

Some items are too large to be shipped by a courier and must be shipped via a freight carrier. We offer quotes both to your door and to the nearest freight carrier depot. Shipments sent to a freight carrier depot will save you the $40 residential delivery surcharge. Please ensure you have a large vehicle or trailer to pickup the box. For your convenience, we have provided the box weight and dimensions for those boxes with freight quotes online.


You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). In cases where free shipping has been applied, the actual shipping charges incurred by Playvalue Toys will be deducted from the refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, etc.). If the return is not a result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge.

Once we receive your return, you should receive a refund within 5 business days. Opened items which are returned and deemed not to be defective will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

If you need to return an item, please call us or email us and let us know which items you would like to return. We will then provide you with the return shipping details and notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
