Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges).  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the return is not a result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge.

Once we receive your return, you should receive a refund within 5 business days.  Opened items which are returned and deemed not to be defective will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.

If you need to return an item, please call us or email us and let us know which items you would like to return. We will then provide you with the return shipping details and notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Our shopping cart will automatically give quotes for shipment of most items destined to Canada and the United States.

Large items such as play structures are instock, but unable to be purchased online due to the shipping cost.  Please contact us to receive a shipping quote or place an order.

We ship most orders to Canada via FedEx.  Orders to the United States will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or Canada Post.  Orders to the United States may incur additional duties and/or taxes at the customer's expense.  Brokerage charges may be applied by the courier for U.S. bound orders valued over $200 sent via Fedex Ground or UPS Standard.  These brokerage charges are payable by the recipient.  There are no brokerage charges on shipments sent via UPS Worldwide Express.

Shipping quotes provided online are for ground shipping to areas in urban Canada.  If you are outside of urban Canada, we will contact you with an accurate shipping quote once your order is received.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping is now available to the United States.  Shipments will be sent by UPS Worldwide Express.  Please allow 1-2 business days transit time for shipments sent express.  There are no brokerage fees for shipments sent via UPS Worldwide Express.

Step2 / Trampoline Shipping Quotes:

Shipping quotes for Step2 products and trampolines are for shipments to major urban areas in Canada.  Please place orders for Step2 and/or Trampolines as separate orders from other products to ensure accurate shipping quotes.  Shipping quotes are not guaranteed until the order has been shipped.

Some items are too large to be shipped by a courier and must be shipped via a freight carrier.  We offer quotes both to your door and to the nearest freight carrier depot.  Shipments sent to a freight carrier depot will save you the $40 residential delivery surcharge.  Please ensure you have a large vehicle or trailer to pickup the box.  For your convenience, we have provided the box weight and dimensions for those boxes with freight quotes online.

International Orders:

Due to the high cost of international shipping, we are unable to ship to countries other than Canada and the United States.
